Turning features on and off

Open Site → Features. Each feature (gradebook, attendance, payments, sign-ups, activities, enrollment, directory, calendar and more) can be switched on or off for everyone.

Switching a feature off hides it from menus and pages, and keeps its data safely in place for when you switch it back on.
