Updating your profile

Open My account → Your profile. Change what you need and choose Save changes. A window lists each change, old and new, so you can check before anything is saved.

Changing your email

Your email is also how you sign in, so a new one waits until you confirm it:

1. Enter the new address and your password.
2. We email a link to the new address. Your old address is told a change was requested.
3. Click the link and the switch is made. Until then, keep using your old email.

Addresses

Your home address is used for your children too. Untick Mailing address is the same as home to add a P.O. box or another address. If the other parent lives with you, you can update their address in the same step.

Students’ details are kept by the school office.
