Setting up email

Open Site → Settings → Outbound mail.

• SMTP: your mail provider’s server, port, username and password, plus the From address and name.
• Brevo: paste a Brevo API key instead; Brevo also reports email opens for broadcasts.

Save, then use Send a test email. If it fails, the message says why.

Emails going to spam?

Ask whoever runs your school’s domain to add SPF and DKIM records for your mail provider. We can help with this.

Passwords and keys are stored encrypted and never shown again after saving.
