Credits, weighted and unweighted GPA, and official copies for grades 9–12.
Open Records & money → Transcripts.
- Post a year’s final grades: each credit-bearing class goes onto its students’ transcripts, with the average of that year’s term grades as the final grade.
- Add or correct a line by hand, for transfer credit or a course the portal didn’t grade.
- Print an official copy with your school’s address and a signature line (set these in Settings → Transcripts).
How GPA is worked out
- Unweighted: A = 4, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1, F = 0; plus or minus moves a third of a point.
- Weighted: the same, plus 0.5 for Honors and 1.0 for AP and Dual Enrollment.
- Each course counts in proportion to its credits.
Students and parents can view and print an unofficial copy, unless your school turns that off.
