People lists staff and teachers, and families who share their details.
- Each person chooses who sees their email, phone, address and photo under People → Privacy.
- The office always sees contact details. Staff and teachers’ home addresses are never shown to families.
- Administrators can hide an account (a technical-support login, say) from the directory entirely.
